I built APPA Academy end to end as a multi-tenant SaaS for soccer schools. Now used by 500+ academies in Indonesia, it brings player assessments, training schedules, and performance monitoring into one place.

## Key Features

### 1\. Player Assessment and Development

Coaches record and track individual player assessments covering technical skills, physical fitness, tactical understanding, and mental attributes. Progress is visualized over time, making it easy to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

### 2\. Training Program Management

Academies can create structured training curricula, schedule sessions, and assign drills tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Session attendance and completion are tracked automatically.

### 3\. Real-Time Monitoring

Live dashboards give academy managers visibility into daily operations including attendance rates, training completion, and player development metrics across all branches and age groups.
